I can't emphasize enough what great customer service we received from Nick and his team at Perfect Picket Fence and Stain.We installed an unfinished cedar cap and trim fence around our entire backyard. It is so wonderful to step into the backyard and have complete privacy while I'm gardening or drinking my morning tea. Then, you add the wonderful scent of the natural cedar...pure bliss!So, not only are we happy with the finished result, but we are amazed at the care and consideration given to us when an issue came up months after the installation. Our landscaper accidentally bumped and cracked one of the facing boards. I sent a text/photo to Nick explaining the situation. He responded promptly, stating he would be happy to replace it at no charge! Nick and his crew did an exceptional job. They had the task of replacing a fence that was only in for 2 years but was nothing but trouble! They were good enough to save and separate the existing fence so we could let someone else use the good pieces. It was much appreciated. Nick’s fence materials were so much sturdier than what we had. They were installed in a way that we have no doubt that it will last for many years. All crew members were very respectful and friendly. It was an overall great experience. This review is long overdue. Nick was super easy to work with throughout the entire process. The western red cedar fence looks fantastic. There were a couple small issues after inspecting the fence, and Nick chose to come out and finish everything up and make sure it was perfect even though it was Thanksgiving Day. He went above and beyond our expectations and I would highly recommend him and his crew!

I am so glad that I called Perfect Picket first. I needed a falling apart wooden fence replaced. Nick was very friendly and efficient. I got exactly the fence I needed in a timely manner. The crew who put up the fence were great. They checked in a few times to explain what they were doing and in the end to make sure that I was completely satisfied. They hauled away the old fence as part of the deal.

Every step of the process with Perfect Picket was an enjoyable experience. They came down and gave me a consultation and price quote on the same day I called. From there, everything was done with great communication and transparency as they let us know weekly when the project would begin and what it would look like. Nick called and gave us a notice one week in advance of when they would start the project. They completed the project in one day and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. I contacted Nick for a quote but was uncertain about the fence style I wanted. When Nick arrived, he introduced a new style he was developing, and we decided to go with it immediately. We had two sections that just needed closed off with neighbors fence, Nick suggested just using chain link to tie into theirs.We scheduled the work for the following year and have been delighted with it since last spring. Although we encountered some issues with the new style, Nick stood by his work and personally came to address them. I highly recommend Nick and his team for anyone seeking a fence. Thank you! We worked with Perfect Picket this fall for 2 of our fence projects. There was an extensive consultation with what we hoped to get, what we thought might work, and what would actually work. They were honest about what wouldn't work, discussing issues we never even thought about; even though this might have lost them business. I had 2 other companies consult on these projects and they only took measurements and gave a quote estimate. Once scheduled, there was consistent communication on materials and timelines. Once the work started, it was very quick and efficient. We are very happy with the final project.
